What types of containers are compatible with the CleanFLEX?
CleanFLEX can be mounted on any type of materials. If the container is made of plastic, the sensor can be mounted by screws. For steel containers, it can be fixed to the container’s lid using a bracket.
Can it work on any type of container or bin?
Yes, CleanFLEX can be retrofitted to any type of container or bin. However, we will need the dimensions and some pictures of the bin in order to provide an appropriate installation kit.
What types of substances can it detect?
CleanFLEX can detect both solids (general waste, plastics, paper, aluminum, glass, etc.) and liquids (oil, sludge, agriculture products, etc.).
What are the various use cases for the CleanFLEX?
CleanFLEX is ideal for commercial and industrial sectors where access to containers or tanks is difficult due to their shape or location.
What is the measurement range of the sensor?
The range of distance the sensor covers is between 2-400 cm (0.7-157 inches).
Does it work in extreme environments?
CleanFLEX has been tested to push the limit of its operability in conjunction with the life of the battery. The temperature range can vary from -30 C (-22 F) to 80 C (176 F).
How durable is the CleanFLEX?
CleanFLEX is rated IP67 and has an impact rating of IK10. It is completely enclosed and protected from dust and water.
How is it protected against theft and vandalism?
CleanFLEX is made of highly durable ABS/Polycarbonate. To protect against theft, it contains a GPS along with theft-deterring screws.
How do you install the CleanFLEX?
We start by working with the client to identify the containers the CleanFLEX will be installed in. Afterwards, videos and manuals provide step-by-step installation instructions. CleanFLEX can be installed in both underground containers as well as ground-level containers.
Are there any maintenance issues?
CleanFLEX requires no maintenance. It is fully encased and can be monitored online by users or Ecube engineers for troubleshooting.
What technical support do you provide during and after the warranty period?
When our clients first purchase our product, we provide extensive training for installation and operation. During the warranty period, we provide free technical support as issues arise. Even after the warranty period, we strive to provide the same level of support based on our customer-service focused philosophy.
